These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are intended to make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the website at www.scientificforefront.org (the “Site” or “Scientific Forefront”) and any related mobile or software applications whether existing now or in the future (“the Site”) of Psylore Private Limited (“Psylore” or “We” or “Us”).

“Content” means the content that Scientific Forefront creates and makes available in connection with the Services including, but not limited to, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, functionalities, aggregate ratings, reports and other usage-related data in connection with activities associated with your account and all other elements and components of the Services excluding Your Content and third party content. It will include (but is not limited to) images, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of information or data.

By submitting manuscripts to the Site, you agree that unless otherwise specified explicitly, your articles are published under Creative Common Attribution 4.0 upon editorial acceptance and any data relating to the article (including without limitation any reference lists) is distributed pursuant to the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication waiver.
Under this license, you shall retain the non-exclusive right to publish or otherwise use your Contribution and shall be the “Licensor” of the “Licensed Material” for the purpose of the aforesaid license.
If we believe that the copyright has been or is likely to be infringed, then we are entitled (on giving notice where possible to you) to take steps to deal with the matter as we consider appropriate.
You undertake not to do anything which may compromise or prejudice our conduct of such claim and we shall be entitled on giving notice to you to use your name and the name of any other co-author as a party to such proceedings and to control, settle or compromise such proceedings as we see fit.

By submitting an article or content (including without limitation all texts, tables, abstracts, illustrations, data, diagrams, images, photographs, computer graphics, audio and/or video recordings, comments, questions or suggestions, and personally identifiable information and other materials accompanying the Content) for the purposes of publication by us you represent and warrant that you are the sole author of the Content, or, if not, you have been authorized by and have the full permission, license, and consent of all co-authors to submit the Contribution and any personal data associated with the Content.
You also warrant

- that the content is not unlawful, defamatory, legally privileged, or which would, if published, constitute a breach of contract or of confidentiality or breach of privacy.
- that the research conducted for the Content has been conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and codes of practice.
- that all policies have been adhered to in the preparation and submission of the manuscript.
- that due care and diligence have been carried out in the preparation of content to ensure accuracy and all statements are true and correct.

In the event, that the article is accepted for publication after the due process, the corresponding author is responsible for the payment of the APC.
Payments are to be made within the stipulated time. It is essential that the payments are to be made as indicated here and we are not liable to payments made to any third-party tools or services.
- Intellectual Property Rights
We are the sole and exclusive owners or the licensee of the services and Content on the Site. We also own exclusively the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, trade dress and other intellectual and proprietary rights associated with our services and Our Content.
You acknowledge and agree that all articles and all associated materials that are submitted or processed through the site are Confidential. You warrant and agree that

You agree to immediately notify us upon becoming aware of any such claim that the Services infringe upon any copyright trademark, or other contractual, intellectual, statutory, or common law right.
- Liability
Use of the Site is your own risk and is provided on an “as-is” basis. In the event, that the Site is unavailable, we will not be liable or responsible. If Scientific Forefront is liable to you directly or indirectly in relation to the Site, that liability (howsoever arising) shall be limited to the sums paid by you upon purchasing the service of the Site, or any in-Site Spend, including APC.
- Maintenance of the Site
You acknowledge and agree that the Site in full or part will be put on maintenance mode for updating the Site, fixing defects, errors, and bugs, performing diagnoses, fixing hardware or software issues, and regularly scheduled activities. Under these situations that the site may be inaccessible or unavailable to the User.
- Variations to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend changes to the Terms & Conditions & additional terms page referred herein at any time. The changes will be made to these pages, and you must check these pages from time to time to take note of these changes as they are binding on you upon visiting the Site. Terms & Conditions or its provisions may be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site. Such changes are not limited to Additional Terms.
- Severance
In the event that the court or competent authority finds that one or more parts of these terms and conditions are unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, only that part or provision of these terms & conditions will be deleted only to the extent that is required by the law and the rest of these terms and conditions will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect.
- Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The law governing these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws in the State of Tamil Nadu.
Indian Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
For our exclusive benefit and to the extent possible in the applicable jurisdiction, we retain the right to bring or enforce proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of the place of business in which you agreed to these Terms or (if different) the country of your principal place of business.
